These terms govern your use of Retargeted, including interactions with our AI conversational agent, Oliver. Retargeted is a trading style of Ideal Marketing Solutions Limited (company number 09683842, registered office The Stables, Pentrepoeth Road, Rhiwderin, Newport, Wales, NP10 8RT), referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "Retargeted".
By using Retargeted, including by messaging with Oliver, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Retargeted provides Oliver, an AI conversational agent, to re-engage individuals who have started but not completed an online form relating to a financial claim, insurance enquiry, solar survey booking, or similar service. Oliver helps you pick up where you left off and guides you through completing that process via WhatsApp.
Oliver is an artificial intelligence system, not a human being. If you ask Oliver directly whether he is AI, he will always tell you honestly. Oliver does not provide legal, financial, or regulated advice, and nothing Oliver says should be relied upon as such. Where advice is required, Oliver will direct you to a qualified human at the relevant firm.
Engaging with Oliver does not commit you to proceeding with any claim or service. You are free to stop the conversation at any time, and to decline to continue your form or claim. We do not charge you anything directly for Oliver's assistance. Where a claim or service has its own separate fee structure (for example, a "no win no fee" arrangement with a law firm), that structure is set out separately by the relevant provider, not by Retargeted.
Oliver is trained to give accurate, relevant information about the specific claim or service you are progressing. However, you remain responsible for the accuracy of the personal details and information you provide. Please check any information Oliver confirms back to you, including in any document or signing link sent to you, before signing or submitting it.
Oliver communicates with you via WhatsApp, a third-party messaging service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of WhatsApp as a platform.

Where Oliver helps progress a claim or enquiry on behalf of a law firm, lender, insurer, or other partner, that partner remains responsible for the underlying service, advice, or decision relating to your claim. Retargeted's role is limited to re-engagement and facilitating completion of the relevant process.
We provide Retargeted and Oliver on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under English law, including death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use Retargeted after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
